Naya is a collection of nineteen privately owned residences at Punta de Mita, Nayarit. Each one is fully staffed, bilingual, and designed to be presented with the same editorial care as a branded hospitality property — because that is what serious guests respond to.

The vocabulary — editorial photography, considered copy, direct inquiry — was built and proven for one residence, Naya 4202, and scaled across the portfolio. The same approach, applied consistently, is what makes the difference between a listing and a program.

The program does not handle bookings or operations. It handles the presentation layer — the first thing a guest sees when a link arrives in a WhatsApp thread, and the last thing they read before they inquire.
